We order catering from Shalimar a lot where I work, and the food is always hot and delicious. The man who delivers the caterings I think is the owner is very timely and hospitable. I, personally, also live in Troy and order take out often. 1010 definitely recommend!
Nice little family owned restaurant. They have a large menu with a lot of selections. I get the chicken tikka masala, and previously got the lamb rogan josh, and balucci chicken. I liked all three dishes and the garlic cheese naan is really good.

Very good flavors competently prepared! Enjoyed my biryani with poori and lassi. Im a repeat customer and I love the chicken kebab, shrimp vindaloo and the baklava with massala tea for dessert.
A nice Pakistan Indian Restaurant. The price is reasonable. Parking off streets is free after 500pm. I tried another Indian restaurant but found no customer eat in during dinner time, so I backed off. So that was right decision.
This place is amazing! The owner was so kind! The naan bread is the best I ever had! The chicken tiki masala was the best I have ever had! Highly recommend!
